 Renowned Australian Chef Geoff Lindsay of famed restaurants Dandelion, Pearl - Melbourne and Hong Kong and Saigon Street - Bali has turned his hand to all things European with his new neighbourhood gourmet grocer, cafe and Campari bar in Canggu, Bali.

Welcome to a new addition to the dining scene here in Bali

 

Overlooking rice paddies and a palisade of palm trees, this temple to all things cured, smoked and cultured,                                

Salumeria Tanah Barak is open in hipsterville Canggu.

Our menu features light salads, antipasti, crudo and panini.

We are open from 4pm for 2 for 1 sunset drinks, apperitivo and snacks through dinner and supper or late drink!

We will specialize and showcase local and imported salumi e formaggi. Serving individual small ‘Spuntino’ or Grande Piatto!

Pride of place in our ‘kitchen’ is a Ferrari-red, hand-cranked slicer, to shave the finest prosciutto.

We will stock Balinese and Indonesia cheeses and local salumi, plus other great local produce. Including local versions of classics, prosciutto, jamon, cuatello, and artisan versions of the great cheeses of the world.  Retail take-home sales will be welcomed. Vespa home delivery is available for those who can’t leave the sun lounge.

Our Campari Bar features classic cocktails, the best Negroni and the dirtiest Martini on the island.
